Info about Congo: Modern day Congo is one of those places that was first inhibited by the mysterious Pygmies. Congo achieved independence in 1960 but greatly suffered due to the influences of Marxism. Although Congo is the largest petroleum producing nation of Africa it is still economically under developed and relatively unsafe.
